I like the curls and the texture but after send wash it sheds a lot and way too frizzy. An email address was provided in the package for a survey and promise a short wig. But it looks like nobody monitors that mailbox.I ask questions about care and recommendation to date I receive no response.

Hair is nice and thick but definitely not 30 inches NOT TRUE TO LENGTH AT ALLL!!

As a professional stylist I am consistently searching for products/hair options that I can introduce my clients to. I was hopeful that this 4x4 loose wave wig would be one to share, but unfortunately I am not certain. I can appreciate the fact that the wig sizing is spot on for my head size which is small. I absolutely fell in love with the cap sizing!The loose wave pattern is beautiful upon removal from packaging.Now…as I began to further inspect I noticed that the 24 inch that I purchased looked shorter in length. The ends look thin which means in order to get the appropriate length( trimming the thin ends of course) I would need the wig to be 26inch or possibly even 28inch.Leaning toward returning. Likely will.
