A great solution...
Keyboards are perhaps the most important accessory you'll consider adding to your iPad Air2. They can make or break your experience. I have arthritis and tendon issues so having a comfortable keyboard is critical to supporting my overall health and comfort. The Good: this unit feels solid and is as close to an Apple laptop keyboard as they could get, without infringing on patents. Very few keying errors. The layout is fairly standard, although some new keys do appear on the board to activate certain features. Inserting the iPad into the upper portion of the clamshell is easy and it functions as needed. Flipping the keyboard out of site is a little difficult, but overall works as it should. The Bad: I'm not sure that 'bad' is a fair descriptor as I haven't found anything I'd consider truly bad. Just parts of the experience I'm not crazy about. First and foremost, this is not a full-size keyboard. It has to conform to the size of the iPad Air2. It feels cramped because it is cramped. The screen bounces a little when using the touch features. I find it annoying. Your mileage may vary. The feature I'm missing the most is backlit keys.Overall: it's the best clamshell keyboard on the market today. Yes, the price is a bit steep but after 24hrs of use, I'm feeling it was worth it. The feel of the keys is fairly close to an Apple keyboard, but I can feel a slight difference. Apple keys feel a little smoother. These have a more defined click when pressed. Some will like this, some may not. If you're looking to replicate the Apple laptop keyboard, this is the one to buy. It looks nice and is the best option on the market today for those needing a keyboard option for their iPad Air 2.

Long Term Love Hate Relationship
ClamCase and I have a long term history and a love hate relationship. Why you might ask? Well, I have owned 5 personally over the last 6 years, so I know the product well. Why 5 in 6 years? Because the keyboard, without fail, breaks a few weeks to a month before/after the 1 year warranty period (note: I am not an abusive owner - I take good care of the case and my iPad, I just use it every day so maybe this case isn't made for regular use). Why do I keep purchasing a product that continues to break? Because it is hands down the best keyboard for the iPad. That being said, after 6 years, I am finally ready to move on and find a new keyboard brand (I keep coming back to you but the same issues occurred over and over again), but I'll share what I have learned from my experience:Pros:- Comfortable to use anywhere, the amazing flexibility of the keyboard (360 degree rotation) is so clutch, I can watch movies with my iPad in its own stand or pretend like my iPad is a mini computer in the normal keyboard position- Don't have to worry about the keyboard falling off/iPad falling out; once that iPad is snapped into the case, neither is going anywhere without the other- LOVE the feeling of the keys, they are actual keys and fit my hand size quite nicely (I have normal woman size hands)- Battery charge lasts a really really long time- Bluetooth functionality is on point (until about that 1 year mark, then it starts to fail)Cons:- Durability with (normal?) use is questionable due to the sheer number of ClamCases I have purchased over the years; I use this product almost everyday and carry it in a backpack- Only OEM apple headphones and chargers fit into the case; use anything else and you're going to have to take the pad out of the case- Warranty returns: you have to pay for shipping the broken product to the company and they pay for the shipping of the replacement keyboard back to you (which won't be covered under a warranty); product continues to fail and now I have to pay more money for it- Keys start to stick, get locked in CAPS, etc., at around the 1 year mark- Case will literally start to fall apart at around 1 year (glue starts to fail)- Key sound is a little louder than I would like; I use the keyboard in meetings and would prefer if the typing sound was a little more muffled

UPDATE: DO NOT BUY(Buy now) :)
Sadly the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. After four phone calls being sent Voice mail (and having ignored voice mails) and three emails that have been ignored I am very dissatisfied with this company. Yes, this is probably the most sleek looking keyboard case yet it is very fragile. After caring for my case meticulously there are cracks throughout and even pieces falling of, the charging port was dented from a minor drop so I had to reshape the charger, and the power button and volume buttons fell off so you cannot even change the volume or turn the iPad on with the case on. Not only is it cracked all over, the case will not stay connected to my iPad anymore. I really wish Clamcase would have made it right but I have just given up after being ignored over five attempts.Three weeks later I have became very happy with Clamcase. After they finally published a Warranty form on their website, I submitted a form, went back and forth with a very nice man, sent in my old csae and I get a BRAND NEW one. Not even a brand new one in generic packaging, it cam in retail packaging with new cords and everything, how sweet! Thanks so much Clamcase for making it right.Plus this new keyboard, although not stated by them is made out of a much more scratch-resistant material, and closes all of the way instead of having a little gap.So in conclusion this is a very sleek case with a good revamped customer care that has improved immensly.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Great case, but minor issues.
I found this to be a pretty good case, very sturdy and trustworthy. Has a really great feel and it's a different typing experience than with a large keyboards but it is easy to get used to which is great. Some problems I have is my 'n' key button makes a clicking sound while the other keys do not. As well, sometimes after connecting to bluetooth, my typing will be stuck on capslock for a minute which is really annoying.

Buyer Beware; Case cracked less than one year; Product warranty not covered by Seller
This is the third Incipio case I have purchased, and the first from this seller. Buyers need to be aware that unless you buy the case directly from Incipio, the supplier, the itemβs one year warranty is not covered. The case started to get a crack near the hinge after about four months; the crack appears to be from the weight of the ipad which causes the case to be a bit top heavy. The crack started to expand (photo attached) and is quite significant. Upon contacting the seller, I was advised they only cover a 30 day return policy and do not honour the products 1 year warranty. I contacted Incipio directly, the manufacturer, and they will not honour the 1 year warranty as it was purchased from a third party. I purchased a product at full retail, price, that is defective, and neither manufacturer nor seller will cover the product. Both companies were timely in their response to my request, and the service agents themselves were courteous, but buyers need to be extremly aware you get no coverage if there are issues when you purchase through a third party.

Not durable
I liked this keyboard case when it worked so when my first one cracked and broke apart, I decided to try another one. Nope, same issues. Doesn't connect to my ipad consistently and cracked in the same places. I haven't even had it for 10 months. I don't recommend this product.

Better than expected.
Very nice, solidly made keyboard for an Ipad. Sturdy packaging (would have preferred less fancy toss out packaging but oh, well) Works flawlessly. Hopefully for quite a while
