Easy to install and use with my RV.
I had the typical pressure regulator that supplied a fixed pressure (no gauge) that supposedly supplied 40 psi. However, the water stream was always inadequate. This gauge allowed me to set the pressure at 57 (I was aiming for 60, but it ended up at 57 as the set screw isn't exact). This provides an excellent stream of water (keeping my toilet bowl a lot cleaner). You can set the pressure a lot higher, but RV plumbing is finicky and the suggestions I've read recommend 60PSI and that does seem to be ample. If you don't have a regulator for your RV, get this one, and if you do have the regulator that doesn't allow you to control the pressure, consider replacing it with this one.

A good choice for a drip irrigation system pressure regulator
I wanted a pressure regulator suitable for a drip irrigation system (ca. 20-45 psi) to be an adjustable device so that I could optimize the system. The previous system had fixed 20 psi pressure controllers after the valves, and I wanted to install a regulator BEFORE the valves, to limit the stress on them and ensure fewer problems (I was initially replacing a valve that had a leak in the solenoid chamber, due to constant high-pressure exposure). Despite the fact that this device comes set up for hose (NH) connections for use with an RV or similar connection, I got appropriate adapters to use it for my purpose (hose to NPT adapters). I also installed union joints, so that I could remove any component and replace it in the future, rather than having to do what I did here (replace everything). The only reason for giving it 4* vs 5* was that the built-in gauge oil does not completely fill the gauge. To do the job it is intended to do (limiting damage to the gauge), it should have started full, so that some could dissipate over time, rather than starting 2/3 full. I also tried to lower the set pressure to less than the received set point (45 psi), but it would not move below that. However, after I turned it down and tried the system, the initial 45 psi resulted in 20-25 psi when operating, and gave me greater pressure at the drip outlets than before, which is what I wanted. All in all, a good value for the cost, with the main features that I wanted for my application.

Garden Hose saver
We kept needing to replace garden hoses and the internet suggested a pressure regulator. We bought this and added it to the spigot and have not needed to replace a hose since!

I like the pressure valve
Using this to reduce to reduce water waste of jRO water system. And has reduced the wasted water off the RO. The RO system says it waste a 2:1 ratio but my containing the waste water shows that iIS NOT TRUE. But is more like 1:4 the 1 being what you use the 4 is 4 x’s what is lost. With the pressure reduction device it seems to be a 1:1.5 ratio. Which is better but i am syill replacing the RO with. Six filer system to be closer to zero waste . Reminder that the filters you buy from manufacturers only reduce particle size to 5 microns and rely on the RO to clear out ALL other particles which it think to too large of a size so the design of the system flows too much water out of the system. So realise that as time goes by your system will waste more water than you can imagine. And in a world in a drinking water shortage I believe We All Can’t Afford That !

Not sure it ever worked
I have adjusted this both ways several times over the last 4 years. Not sure if it ever changed anything. The gauge never changes and now stays on 0. Always low pressure in my rv. Don’t waste your money, go ahead buy a known brand that has a good reputation.
