This is excellent. Has exactly enough room in the pouch for two 7 dice sets of standard 16mm dice. I have a plastic set of dice and a metal set of dice in the zippered pouch/tube, so I have the choice for either weight I want to use. When the pad is unrolled, the pouch/tube can also be used as a dice ‘stop’ during rolls. It is soft and supple and easy to carry; while also having the right amount of weight that allows it to lay flat on the table, despite being rolled in the opposite direction when in the closed position. This is a very well made and handy item. Throw in a couple of sets of dice, roll it up and you’re good to go. Put it in the car, drop it in your backpack, or just carry it...it’s a secure means of carrying up to 14 standard RPG dice and a great pad for rolling your dice. Cuts down on noise, prevents the dice from rolling across the table, and protects both the dice and the table. I’m going to purchase another one in a different color. This is excellent.

This mat is gorgeous. The outside sheen is a little ...slick? Not quite a premium leather feel, but the inside suede is perfect. (EDIT: just bought a second one, and the leather finish actually feels great) The overall design is awesome, the Forged Dice logo is subtle and classy on the outside of the roll, and the construction is quite sturdy at first feel. The internal storage zipper pocket holds two standard polymer or metal sets of polyhedral dice easily, with a little extra room for a pencil, and I've found that the mat is a perfect size to roll up a few 8.5"x11" pages of character sheets and notes (assuming you don't mind a bit of scroll-like curl to your sheets when you unpack.) The mat is thick enough to save even my softest tabletops from dents and craters from my sharp-edge metal dice, but not so soft that it makes it hard to roll on, and the zipper pouch serves as a nice backstop for all but the most heavy-handed of dice rolls. All in all, a single one of these dice-tube-rolling-mats is a *great* minimalist travel set for a character's worth of supplies (minus minis, spellbooks/cards, slot trackers, extensive campaign notebooks, etc.)

This is an excellent product. Well made. Looks great. Easy to carry. Holds my dice, so I don't have to bring another bag. Compact. Love it. I ended up buying a total of three and gave as gifts to my fellow players.I also own the heavier metal dice, which can mar wood surfaces due to weight and tend to clatter when rolled. Using this as my roll mat works very well, protecting wood surfaces and my dice. The only issue is that the pouch works well for regular dice, but my XL life counter doesn't fit. Not enough of a problem to make me give this product less than five stars. Buy it, you won't regret it.

Easily the coolest D&D accessory that I own! The scroll tube unfolding into a dice tray, that also carries two sets of dice (as a player, you'll almost never need more than that anyway; especially if everyone at the table brought two sets as well! SCROLL TUBES FOR EVERYONE) is just so awesome. It looks cool. It feels good. You're already thinking about it. Just do it. You won't regret it!Makes a great gift for new and old players, too!

Rolls up to a nice thin form-factor, fits easily into my DM's bag along with all my books, notes, char sheets, etc.Leather isn't stiff on mine, it's very flexible and when rolled out it offers far more table coverage than a typical rolling mat and can fit comfortably behind my DM screen. Snaps seem sturdy so far, and the little zipper-pouch is perfect for storing my favorite sets of dice.I honestly have no complaints, it's a great buy. Thanks!

This thing is awesome! I keep two full sets in the zippered holder, one metal and one..uh...whatever normal dice are. I was worried that being rolled up all the time would make it bend, but the other reviews said it wouldn't and they were absolutely right. I included pictures of my scroll on top of and inside my sling bag that I use daily, it fits perfectly. This is my "edc" dice pad when I'm not lugging my wooden dice tray around.

Just got it today and I love it! It fits 2 standard D&D dice set no problem. I've been trying to find something cool looking for rolling my dice on, and this is the perfect combination of functionality and looks with the added bonus of holding my favorite dice.

I purchased this for my fiance who is a huge dnd player. He gave it give stars says it protects the table from the metal dice and holds them nicely in the storage compartment.
