Mic issues
Bought 2 pair mic didn't work on both pairs

Nice comfort, well made
These are quite comfortable and have held up well to my two year old. The sound coming through the headset is excellent. Unfortunately, I am told by everyone I talk to on my phone when using these I sound like Iām in a cave or underground or something. This is probably great if I just needed these for short conversations, but I have to have my headset on about 6 to 8 hrs a day for work talking to my team. So I use these around the house and when working out, but save my uncomfortable ones for work so everyone can hear me ok. (Seriously, Iām not kidding about standing up to my 2 yr old).

Sound is poor
