I still can’t believe that my awful SoCal tap water can finally taste good. The set-up is straight forward, instructions manual is just OK. Better info and photos from website. Nice elegant design but this thing is huge. The perfect placement I found is next to the kitchen sink so I can refill using the pull out faucet sprayer. Very convenient and so far it is working amazingly well. The family is saving money and drinking more water. This is a good filter. Five star seller. Fast shipping and everything in order. I will buy for my parents n family

I used this to purify my water. I enjoy the water itself. It was frustrating to put together because the lid never fit correctly. I ended up taping it down to secure the seal. I don’t understand why there is not more quality control on a product of this price and caliber.

this item was surprisingly very easy to install you do need some space for it as its not exactly a jug where you can move it around easily when the water is filled as the tank do store a large capacity. I do recommend putting it away from bright areas as the filtration does seem to remove all chemicals and harmful substances and sunlight might lead to algae growth. Taste wise it was its better than Brita as i am a previous owner of Brita living in the dorm it was useful but during the pandemic i had my own place i bought this as i would need just refill it once in a while. The water would taste like those alkaline waters you buy in a grocery stores with the 9.5 PH like in COSTCO as i guess there is one part in the bottom that releases those mineral after the filtration is done. I do recommend not to fill the whole tank as it does create a lot of water unless you have some type of party in which you need them. I even use the water for cooking. The package said most likely you will change filter in a bout 6 months time i will update you on that.

The system works extremely well. However, after 6 months it developed a leak around reservoir and the tank. I emailed customer service and they got back within a day with suggestions. It still leaked and again contacted them. They responded the same day and sendt replacement parts. Finally a company that cares.

I was really excited to put this together and try some water. I followed all the directions perfectly. The water tasted so bad, I returned the product immediately. Very disappointing and pretty scary to think that they are selling this as a clean water solution. It tastes like someone dumped paint in the water. If I could give this zero stars I would.

I initially liked this water filter quality for the price, as I was looking for a better option to buying bottled water.The top filter was difficult to install without water bypassing it, even though I took it apart and reworked several times. Because we have such hard water, I can't take a chance with water quality, and had to return in.

I’m very pleased with my purchase. I’ve been using an alkaline water system for a long time. When my old system was no longer available, I ordered the Aquaspree countertop system...and it’s a great product for wonderful tasting alkaline water. Easy to install and easy to use. Follow directions and be sure to soak new filters and run water through the machine several times before use.

I used this product for a good quality of water but the problem is the top cover is not fit to the body.
