Replaced Remote Control for Sony RM-AAU027 RM-AAU021 HTSS2300/C STRDG520 HT7200DH Home Theater Audio/Video Receiver AV System

I am by no means an audiophile but I do spend quite a bit of money on different headphones and hear buds. These appealed to me because 1) of the price and 2) because of the android functionality and 3) the volume control. - The headphones are designed quite well especially for the price. The only thing I really noticed was that the rubber ear pieces (there are 3 types included) have an attachment spot that is a little too big for the ear bud itself. This results in the rubber ear piece constantly coming off and/or getting stuck in your ear when you remove the ear buds. - The android usage has been uninterrupted and as advertised - The volume control is an analog slider that although is better than not having one, is only about that useful because you still need to dig your phone / device out to turn up the volume on that before being able to truly utilize the slider. Also the slider is extremely touchy and so with the volume all the way up on my device adjusting the headphone levels seems like a back and forth between blowing my head up and not hearing anything.With all that said, I have already lost one of the rubber ear pieces and will probably switch it out to use one of the other available rubber pieces, but I will probably only use these headphones in instances where I am concerned about breaking or losing another set. I am not sure I would buy them again, if not only because I have since bought a new pair of Samsung headphones that are equal if not better than these, have all the same functionality, better rubber ear piece attachment measurements so I don't end up with the stupid little thing in my ear when removing the headphones, and they were only $3 shipped.If you're looking for a gift for a child or someone else and don't want to feel bad when they step on them or lose them then this is the best bang for your buck. But if you're looking for something that sounds good, has a high level of functional use and is built relatively well I would not suggest these headphones.

I've used these for all of one hour now. Sound is great for calls and music. They look nice and aren't too bulky. Flat/linguine style cord looks like it should help avoid tangling. One star off for the slide volume control. THE SLIDE VOLUME CONTROL DOES NOT INTERFACE WITH YOUR my iPHONE 5S. It controls the volume of the earbuds independently. So if your iPhone's headphone volume is at mid-volume, the slide control on the earbuds has no effect on this. The slide control is not very sensitive, so you don't have much control over the volume from the earbuds. WHY IS THIS NOT MADE CLEAR IN THE PRODUCT INFO??? Annoying.

Love the sound from these headphones. The ear buds fit well. The case they come with is a nice bonus.My only problem with them is the volume control. Every other earbuds with volume control I've owned had a rocker button. I could turn the volume up or down with the push of a button. These earbuds have a slider. When set to max the volume is whatever your devise volume is. It's kinda tricky to get it just right.

First, I will like to acknowledge that these earphones were good and produced good sound. I also liked the volume control and the answer button. The case (small bag) and the extra earbuds were cute too.I bought this product in May, however, just 5 month later it doesn't work anymore. It doesn't allow my phone to make calls or play any audio or video when inserted. I've tried it on several phones and it behaves the same way. I realized that when I insert it partially into the phone, I can play anything and use the headphones but that also means the mic and the play button on the earphones won't work.

I have purchased a few different headphones for my iPhone over the last few years and these are the best quality for the money. Each time I order headphones less than $10, they generally break after a few months and I toss them. These have lasted much longer and actually have above average sound quality. They have the typical iPhone headphone controls.

Not a fan of these. The protective cap was pretty stuck on the end and part of the headphone wires started to pull away when I tried to pull the cap off - it was that stuck. Finally got it off. Volume control did not work at all. I suppose these were meant to control when the volume was already on but that's utterly useless for me at the gym. Felt the quality was just lacking and sound was only okay. Sent them back.

Good ear buds, comfortable, comes with a nice case, good audio. I don't like the slider volume control, small and easy to bump.

Work and fit very well..just doesn't last long. LOVE THE SOUND & REMOTE! Wish it lasted longer
