The bike came with no instruction, the web site did not register, the brakes where not adjusted, the overall experience was poor.

Overall I am very happy with this purchase. I would give five stars if it weren't for a machining issue I experienced. It arrived within two weeks, sooner than expected. I was a bit skeptical about ordering this bike, I paid about $800. I am the first verified purchase and the first buyer to review this item. I am glad I bought it. I had this bike shipped to a local bike shop for assembly and evaluation and the owner of the shop told me that I got a steal. I used amazons "Bike assembly" connection and I figured that if the shop that I had it delivered to didn't like the bike I would return it. The bike is of great quality and is much lighter than I expected. I haven't weighed it but it isn't anywhere near 30 lbs. I think its got to be about 20. It is lighter than I expected and it is a really nice bike. There was one small issue with the machining of the forks. The front wheel was difficult to install and the first five or six times I removed it to place in the back of my jeep it gave me grief. The cutout for the peg to connect the wheel was too small and took a little force to assemble. I had to use a screwdriver to force it on and off the first few times but it is now working nicely, now that its been worked in and out of the joint a few times. The bike is sleek, fast, well built. It is a sweet looking nice riding road bike and I am happy I bought it. It looks like a $3k bike the price point is nice. The disc brakes work well but are not any more impressive than regular brakes. Kindof a gimmicky feature. I weigh 225 and I think that traditional brakes work a bit better but they are comparable and the bike is definitely safe.

Poor construction and even worse customer service, buyer beeare!

There is the only one reason WHY people are considering this "crusher machete": they know NOTHING about bikes and cycling! Any wallmart $100 "bike" (yes I know that wallmart doesn't sell real bikes ;)) is way better than this scam for complete rookies. Please, do 5 min online research to learn what is a bicycle before paying $800 for the junk... or just show the picture to any enthusiast cyclist you know to see the wide smile on his face :)

This bike has changed my life. This machine is so manly that after I got I showed my wife, she instantly got pregnant, I was still in my kit! Tuesdays I motorpace with my coach, this bike is so fast my coach and his scooter were motorpacing behind me! The following weekend I raced at our local CBR bike race and Seth Davidson Bike Attorney was giving out 15 cash primes worth $50 for each of the last 15 laps. The second I got to the line he just handed me the money before we even started, he knew what was up! After lapping the field 3 times and winning solo I was approached by the local professional team to race for them. They low balled me an offer and I refused. I mentioned that my wife was pregnant because of this bike and I needed a bigger salary, they obliged! I am currently training for RAAM where the solo record is 7 days 15 hours. Last weekend on a practice run I finished in 23 hours 5 minutes. Instead of flying back I had enough time to ride the course backwards before I had to be at work Monday morning. This machine will change your life. It is a must purchase.

When I received the news that this bike was available, I had to have it. I thought it would provide a perfect companion to my red one, but boy was I wrong. Since its arrival these two have been fighting constantly for territory just like male siamese fighting fish. I had to keep them in separate compartments all the time. Do yourself a favor and only buy one. No planet is big enough for two of these.
