Smaller Than It Seems, but does the job
Imagine how small you think it is then cut it in half, that's how big it is. Really didn't expect it to be *that* small, but it is. Besides that, it's nice and does the job.

A little chincy but ok.
It's not super secure. A little flimsy and chincy but it's not awful. Hence the three stars.

Ridiculously easy to open without damage even locked.
The box is nice but all 3 hingers are put together with a thin mettle shaft about the side of a toothpick, so if you want in the box all you have to do did push out the pin with a toothpick or something. REALY EASY and obvious.Now understand I did not expect Fort Knox, but if you don't even have to brake it to get inside, what's the point? If the hingers were decent I would give it a full 10.But it is so easy to open without damage putting a lock on it is just silly.I don't care if it's cheap, but if it is so easily opened without any evidence of damage it is useless for the intended purpose. Obviously the point is not to keep someone from taking the the box, but to keep someone out of the box and know that it was opened.This is just a prop, toy. Not functional as intended.

I didn't expect this box to be much but man did it surprise me. Its really protect my stuff. I like how it's almost air tight.

Poor craftsmanship
Poorly built product. After minimal use, the hinges became slightly warped and now the closing and opening mechanism is even more awkward. Fresh out of the box it did not smoothly open and close shut. It seems to have been built with the bare minimum in mind.Honestly I wouldn't have minded paying a little more for this to be made to better standards. An option to purchase this box in a 300-series instead of 200-series stainless steel would have been nice to. I suspect this thing will be prone to rusting if not kept well-oiled.If you are looking for a simple, high-quality steel lockbox, this is not the one you want. Consider looking elsewhere. If you want a cheap but pretty box that may not be so useful for practical uses as it is for aesthetic uses, then this should fit the bill but is a bit overpriced for what you're getting.
