Gilmour Customer Service is Legit
Have bought Gilmour hoses for years and was very satisfied. My latest hose was a 75 foot 5/8 hose that unfortunately kinked badly. Let Customer Service know and they promptly sent me an upgraded 75 foot 3/4 hose! That is why I have always been and will continue to be a Gilmour customer.

Hose sprayer Failure
The hose end sprayer I bought failed after very little use. The spring failed and cannot be adjusted to make the sprayer even work. Tried contacting customer service. Non existent. Terrible company customer service. Warranty is no good if they are never available or never respond to an inquiry.

Kinks A LOT
I’ve had this hose for a few weeks now and have used it three times. Yes—it kinks! I bought it because the good reviews. Unfortunately, my experience has not been so good. There’s nothing more annoying than a 100 foot hose that is constantly kinking. Otherwise, it seems to be a good quality hose… if you don’t mind the constant work of untwisting it.

Not as good as they use to be
Hose kinks as you water plants. Have had an older version of this hose that has been sturdy in AZ sun for over 9 years. Never kinked and was durable. Leaked, malfunction.Updated Kudos for their warranty as I reach out to company and they replaced promptly. Very happy with my replacement, although it still kinks, customer service was awesome
