Dead out of the box
The description says pulse output, but it is actually a RS-485 MODBUS output. Unfortunately the anemometer does not respond to bus commands in the documentation. Nice heavy aluminum construction. At the price I paid not worth returning.

I returned this - it appeared this was a usable item but it requires other parts (not included) to work.
