Picture doesn't quite do it justice - it looks much better/higher quality in real life. It's a good idea and the bright red is very attention catching. Pockets lay flat, but it's gusseted so more room than a flat pocket would have. The top pocket is runs all the way to the bottom for taller items.

On many doors, this can only be hung on the "outside" of the door. By this I mean, that if you are considering hanging this on the inside of your home or room and your door opens out, this will get in the way when you try to close your door. The item is too wide to be hung on the inside of an outward opening door. If your door opens into your house or room, you could hang this on your door. Be aware that this only works well on one side of a door.

Really good product - quality at every turn. Very nice stitching. I clip my keys to it, stick shopping lists, items to return to someone, etc, in the pockets. The reverse side has loops that are supposed to hold a newspaper - which I didn't think I'd use - but could if I were on the way to some appt where I wasn't sure if they'd have a mag in their waiting room.
