Too large for my regular size
I ordered uk5.5 same as my regular size, but these were far too large. It's a shame, because I really liked the style and I could see they were really comfy, just not my size.

Smart black vans
I wanted some pure black trainers that I could away with as smart casual and these were a close fit for what I needed.I always find Vans a bit too big but went for my usual size just in case (6) and they were too big, a 5 or 5.5 would’ve been better but the plus side if they’re too loose is that I can put an indoor inside and they fit perfect so wasn’t a big deal.One downside is the back padding around the ankle isn’t great and I can see that these are going to create an issue with rubbing in the future.For smart casual occasional wear they’re perfect but I would never wear these all day long as they’ll definitely rub the back of my ankle raw so lost a star.
