This was my second hoverboard from southern wolf, as both my daughters loved it so much, I needed another one! Sadly, I ordered the wrong colour by accident. I let them know, so they sent me some shells in the right colour, free of charge. I did struggle to change them, so they agreed a full exchange, also free of charge. I’m very impressed really, the product is great fun and the customer services have been great, so highly recommended.

Do not waste your money on this dribble !Hover board works fine until you attach cart, the hover board should switch on and off when weight is applied, mine just has a mind of it’s own and you turn your back and it’s driving it’s self at speed into your legs or your children.Instructions are rubbish, video is rubbish and leaves you with bits left over, which is not very reassuring!Customer service is also very poor. No

Bought this and one side doesn’t work. I have emailed amazon to see about how I get a replacement but no reply so now have a very very disappointed little boy!
