I used this girdle right after delivered my baby to keep my stomach tense and get flat as soon as possible after my pregnancy and it worked that way but the major issue for me was that thing destroyed looks of my hips and legs. It was too tight in that area and created a hip dips that was very hard to get rid of.. I just wish I would have bought something different, not that particular model not to have that problem. The quality is great.

Material is durable, wires hold up, Rae of using hooks. Makes me feel and look slimmer. Went with medium for waist training and to reduce ability to over eat and it's working.

Can't even get in it! I bought a large! I'm a 125lb. 5'3" woman.
