These seem to have had an impact on my training sessions and looking forward to this journey.I know a lot if people have passed comments on the size of the tablets, however i find the surface to be smooth and easy to swallow.

Good quality creatine but dear god the tablets are HUGE! and you have to swallow three a day. Once this tub is done I'll be moving back to flavour free creatine in powder form, much easier to get down.

It is creatine so does the job BUT if you have trouble swallowing pills look elsewhere... they are huge, DRY, uncoated horsepills.Seriously, on pills this size they shouldn't have cheaped out and should have got them coated.I never have issues with pills but these ones have been difficult to get down several times.Will look elsewhere once they are done.

Realy good for working out you can feel how much this creatine do for you when you can add to your working out bars many Kilograms more . Thanks for watching!

Quite big tablets, but does the job

Great but tablets are very big, easy way is to put one in your mouth with a hot drink (coffee for me) crunch it then swallow no taste so no problem there, Sorted 👍

To be honest there is nothing I do not like about this product.I do not get bloated like I have with other creatine products.Takes about 3 - 4 days to get into your system properly but its well worth the wait my workout went from sluggish to explosive muscles do not get fatigue nearly as quick pushing 5 extra reps on my heavy loadouts.Also muscles do not look bloated as I don't get much water retention with these tablets.
