West County Drifter

Awesome double LP from a real West County O.G.! One of my personal favorites, as I am also a former West county native! :)

This is, hands down, an awesome CD. Have yet to find anyone that doesn't like it.

I've followed Eric for about 5 years since I first discovered him at Jazzfest 5 years ago in NOLA. I have all of his cd's and they never get old. This new one is outstanding and if you get the chance to see him live that's the real treat. Keep it up Eric and the band- we love this stuff and want to see more of you! I discovered Eric and became a big fan the last 6 months. Did buy the Gulf Coast Highway CD and think it is great. Just loved the different sounds!!! Was in NOLA and went to the New CD release party and was only able to stay the first hour and thought the band and Eric was fantastic. Bought the West County Drifter CD and after listening to it thought it was a completely different person singing. Very disappointing!! Please get rid of the organ and other horns in the background and use that great band at the party from now on. If this CD is the new direction he is going, it is not for me.
