For what's available it's a 3 star. Paint easily scratches. For the time it takes to remove old emblem and replace with this less fitting emblem your better off just doing a "wrap" over your current emblem or just hand paint your factory one. This emblem isn't factory, doesn't fit like factory and youll have to pull out a drill w at least a 1/2"drill hit to make holes in your grill a little bit bigger. Overall just get a decal or "wrap" it instead.

Make sure you take the grille insert out to install. I thought it would not fit due to the studs not being long enough. But, they worked perfectly when I removed the insert. The directions don’t say to remove it, but do say to replace it. So that’s what works.

Black emblems are a must! Will say that the most useful piece for installation is a deep socket to get the fastener tight. Other than that it’s clean and looks sharp on the Tahoe grill.

Easy install and looks good. The emblem might be 1/2 mm bigger than the OEM, maybe... the old emblem was "bolted" on and may take some tweaking to remove but not hard. The instructions that came with the product were not the right ones (they were I reference to totally different GM truck and product number) but my particular truck was easy enough to figure out. They bolt on hardware provided is way better than the OEM style "crush bolt" they had on there. I fitted this onto a 09 suburban 1500 ltz 4wd in about 30 minutes (mostly wrestling with that stupid system they used to place the original bow tie). I recommend his product as the OEM stuff from this generation was obviously based off of the government bail out accountants changing the quality of the original plastic bow ties. The finish is powder coated glossy and fits well.

Easy to install, only small complaint is its slightly less curved than the original plastic one. Loos good either way

Product fit perfect on my 09 Suburb grill- looks very nice and is great heavy duty quality not cheap looking either. So love it, buy it you won’t regret it
