Inspired by the Citadelle Laferrière, the awe-inspiring mountaintop fortress in northern Haiti, Citadelle symbolizes strength and celebrates the spirit of the Haitian people.

Led by Joyce Lanigan, who while visiting Australia noticed the incredible injustice and imbalance between Indigenous and non-indigenous communities, changed her career to build a socially conscious business with world renown photographer Russell James. A Hasselblad Masters Award recipient, and appointed member to the Clinton Global Initiative, James still collaborates with Aboriginal artists to depict their experiences.
