A Very Nice Product
From time to time I need to work standing up so I need a small portable table that I can set up on my desk, another table or even the rolling butcher block in my kitchen.Sometimes I'll place my laptop and scanner on it or maybe my sewing machine. Many of the other tables I looked at had a weight issue where if the item was too heavy, the table would lower itself. This is bad enough but if I were to rest my arms on it--on top of the laptop or sewing machine--then it would definitely go down. This table is pretty much locked once it's set up so I don't have to worry about it. Plus, it's small enough not to occupy too large of a footprint but large enough for my 'stuff'.There are two areas where I'll offer a suggested improvement:1) place some sort of handle on it to make it easier to carry from one location to another.2) offer a quality storage bag so when not in use I can slip it under the bed, in the closet or even the garage without having to wash it the next time I need it.Overall, money well spent.

Much Needed Product for Working At Home
During this time we find ourselves working at home due to the pandemic, this is what I needed. I work off of a laptop and my larger screen sits on the riser. It is large and I have lots of other stuff on it that would you expect to have on your work desk. Love it. Would recommend it and give it a 10 for the money and for the how well it work.

Simple, stable, did what I needed.
I missed my fancy standing desk at my office when my company had us all start working from home due to coronavirus. After the first month or two my back was killing me and I was looking for a cheap alternative. This is big enough for my 15.5" laptop, mouse pad, and coffee mug. It doesn't take up the whole surface of my actual desk so I have room for a few other things close at hand, such as a notebook. The mechanism for raising and lowering is very simple, just squeeze the handle. You do need to use a bit of force to get it to go back down. One side of the legs doesn't really move, the other side has nice little wheels so it doesn't scratch the desk when raising and lowering.I am 5' 7" tall with no shoes on and I wanted a standing desk that would go high enough to be a comfortable angle. It partly depends on how high of a desk/table you set this on, but it goes raise high enough that my keyboard is a comfortable height for typing when raised. It feels very stable and sturdy, even at the tallest height. I do not worry that it will tip over if I bump it slightly. My only complaint is that when lowered completely, it is about 2+ inches taller than my desk. So I do get some shoulder and neck tension from raising my arms to type and use my mouse while in a sitting position. Raising my chair height doesn't totally fix it. So the ergonomics are better than sitting all the time, but not quite as nice as a more expensive standing desk, like a Varidesk or motorized desk.

Sturdy and well made
I've had this stand for about a week and am really impressed on it's sturdiness. I have mine in top of my desk. I've been mostly standing during wfh because of this stand.I can lay my hands on it while working and put several items on it and it's still stable. It comes with a mat that only seems to cover only 2/3 of the surface so a bit confused about it's functionality on my daily usage so I don't use it. I'd recommend this stand.

Very good stand up desk
Very useful addition to convert my desk to a stand up work table. I like how it didn’t require assembly, that its height is adjustable and that it has a decent work area.

Works well for my purpose
I needed to raise my monitor about 6-8 inches and this does the job perfectly. From a normal height desk, it does not raise enough for me to use this as a standing desk (I’m 6’1”) but that’s not why I bought it so it’s fine.
