Terrible product
The product came rolled up tightly with two plastic straps. When I cut the straps, I expected the mat to unfurl, but it did not. I tried to force it to lay flat, but it wouldn’t budge from its rolled up state. I tried a hot hair blower, but that did nothing. Even now after a week, it has not relaxed one bit from its rolled up state, making it completely worthless.

Soft Plastic
The plastic is softer than I thought it would be and the chair makes divots in it.

TOO THIN
It's thin and too pliant. Even used on low carpet, the wheels make dents and the chair gets stuck. I'd send it back if I hadn't thrown away the box.
