well what can i say except i chose this product because of the price to pound ratio, as well as the item i was going to buy that was cheaper sold out. nevertheless though a great and well worth buy this punching bag does in fact come with chains for but does not come with a mounting bracket so make sure to toss one of those in your cart. the only problem i have is the chain squeaks slightly but i also work out at night because i have kids and don't get time during the day and i try to be extra quiet with my workout other than that i would suggest this to anyone who is trying to get into fitness and wants to work out from home. on a side note this bag does have a ring on the bottom so that you can reduce the sway when it is being hit. 5 stars for a 5 star product.

Had it up one day and bag is already cracking. Terrible quality.
