Really nice that it is aluminum. Factory cap was plastic and it failed after a fork service. This seems like it will last for a few years.

Fox is the problem!
Why the one-star? I only bought this item, because I wanted a different color to match my MTB. One spends XXXX.XX amount of money on a bike, in one's color of choice, but the blue caps just do NOT match the bike color scheme. I reached out to Fox and asked them if they sold a different color cap and no was the answer, therefore I researched how to paint over these air plugs and other fox blue covers and painted them a different color to match my MTB. One would think that Fox would at least offer a black cap or some other neutral color, especially since bikes cost so much! Next time Rock Shox will be my choice as they are just as good suspension forks.
