I have to admit I am a sucker for kitchen gadgets. As I do a bunch of cooking, I am always on the lookout for quality labor saving or handy items. This cutting board really delivers on that front. It is big enough to handle all your carving needs. Has non slip points built in so the meat does not slide around as well as non slip feet. The design funnels liquids to the middle while the ample sized drip pan collects them. The drip pan is easily accessible and the entire product cleans up easily. If you are looking for a carving board that just does the job while collecting all the messy juices, this fits the bill.

This is a great product! I can't tell you how many old style wooden carving boards I have but never use. This product is so easy to use and clean and I tend to use more often.From the time I ordered on the Amazon website and the delivery in several days the process went smoothly!When it arrived, it was easy to open and the packaging and instructions were clear and easy to read.I was also glad the product was "Made In America!!I would recommend this product to others and it makes a great gift as well!

This is exactly what I wanted. It doesn’t slide on your countertops and it holds all the juice and it’s big enough to do a turkey or a ham. This is an awesome product. I recommend it to anybody it’s worth the money.

It's big enough for a 16lb brisket, so far so good.Kinda wish there were posts that the top board would partially lock into to keep it from moving around; there's already holes and silicon grommets manufactured into the cutting surface, not sure why, but four posts for them to slide down on would be better to keep it from moving/shifting.I could see that as a potential safety issue with the wrong knife. Will update with the 5th star if it holds up, which I hope it does.

I use this board when I need to slice Meat. Got to say how wonderful it was when I used on a Smoke Brisket. Over coarse the brisket was much larger the the board. But when you place on the board it does not move. Made cutting the brisket so easy no wiggle waddle just nice clean slices. The juice tray works great, easy to clean.Wish it was a little bit bigger but it works better then any flat boards for cutting tender meats.

Used this carving board for large ham and turkey yesterday. Stayed in place and juices did drain right into the tray. This is something I really appreciate since I use juices to start my bone broth.

I really liked the juice handling. I used it to filet turkey loin with an electric knife. The knife cut grooves in the cutting board which made it tough to clean as turkey stuck to the raised plastic fragments. You can see the grooves in the picture. I have done the same many times in the past on a plastic cutting board with no issues.
