Newhart: Complete TV Series Seasons 1-8 Collection

i received my order very pleased with my dvds Newhart is a good show so i will enjoy watching the complete series

My wife and I loved this show as youngsters during the 80s. Now we are enjoying watching it with our daughter. She enjoys it too.

The DVDs didn't work. I requested replacement DVDs but I got a refund instead. I appreciate the refund but I had my heart set on owning the Newhart series.

This collection is a mishmash of the first season across 2 DVDS,with the rest being the same, but with major packaging differences.We'll see how it plays out, but this collection seems suspect.The first season is in a two-disk slim package, with the rest being in a single-disk multi-disk package.As in, I got two DVDs of the first season in a two-pack, while every other season got a normal DVDwith a few disks in a standard DVD case.It seems to be the full run of the show I've loved, while I'll have to make a proper reviewafter I've watched this beloved series.

I wish I made more shows like this, a Great comedy and clean.

I always loved this tv show from years ago. It has its suttle humor and not every subject that is talked aboutfunny but when I started watching the first disc there was so much " CANNED LAUGHTER " ( the laughter that is added maybe to make it seem like the show is funnier that it really is). The laughter is so loud it takes away from what the actors are saying. It would have been great it the lafter was edited out.I have only watche 8 episodes so hopefully the lafter will tone down in other episodes.

Absolutely worthless. Discs skip all throughout.

Very funny show...just as funny as I remember it. If you're a Bob Newhart fan..definitely worth it...
