Thai Buddhist Wood Carving for Spiritual Haunted Spirit House Temple

I bought this particular spirit house based on other reviewers' comments about how carefully it was wrapped to safeguard it from damage during shipping. It arrived in perfect condition and is beautiful. Having visited Thailand for the first time in Nov. 2019, I wanted a gift for the friend who made it possible for me to go on this memorable vacation. I am delighted with this spirit house - it is natural wood, beautifully carved and constructed. And I am especially pleased to learn that by purchasing this product, I am supporting a Thai family business

Just got my Spirit House in the mail today. It took only two weeks to get it from Thailand and we’re in the Seattle area, earlier than I expected.. It was well wrapped in bubble wrap, perfectly intact. But, it was smaller than I imagined.The base is about 4 .25” x 5.5” but with the details, it’s 5” x 7” and 10” tall. It’s well made and solid. I plan on putting it outside, mounting it to a metal pole and stand made for birdhouses. Also plan on coating it with several layers of varnish to protect it from the elements. But, will bring it in for the winter.

The spirit house is a nicely-finished and detailed piece of work - very attractive! It arrived on schedule, about six weeks after the order was placed, which was to be expected since it was shipped directly from Thailand. It was simply packed with one layer of bubble wrap in a string-tied box only slightly larger than itself. Nevertheless, the carving arrived intact. I thought this worth mentioning since I had received a locally-shipped package at the same time where the box was at least five times larger than the one that held the carving, for an item that was only twice as large and nowhere as delicate... An area for improvement for the seller - include a diagram to show how and where the four small spires (bagged separately) are placed, and also recommend use of glue of the right kind to hold them in place. Other than that, I am delighted with my purchase!

I loved the size of the spirit house and the detail to beautiful construction. It is worth waiting for and mine even arrived early. If I do want another one this is the ONLY company I will order from.

Great Product .

Small, simple and well-made. Exactly as described and as I desired. Dark, simple wood and (to me) more beautiful than the plastic and sequined models available. It took a few weeks to arrive, but well within the time frame promised. Postal cardboard package arrived in excellent shape and product was wrapped in newspaper and double-wrapped in bubble-wrap.
