I will say the sole feels good to the feet and the material would make a great kitchen mat.They are comfortable in that respect. They will likely last for a long time. That's it. I have given these a fair shake and it cost me. The shape of the sole sort of forces a forward lean, throwing off the gate and hips. This might not bother everyone. Due to tight hip flexors (tight psoas- see YouTube) I have an anterior tilt to my pelvis. As a massage therapist I knew these were likely contributing to my low back being thrown out of whack. The existing issue has been there for some time but not the resuting issue from the shoes which came after short wear and long wear with walking in them. They have the same ill effect as those "shape up" shoes that had the rounded bottom which caused people a lot of issues. This is way more subtle but just as likely to cause imbalances.i cam feel it throwing me off now as I walk and almost came home barefoot just to not further exacerbate the issue these caused. The toe thing took some getting used to, even painful at first. The way we hold our toes to a shoe, namely flip flops can cause structural imbalances and misalignment. Between the thong of this shoe and the lower tilt to the front end of this shoe it just did a number on me. Might be good for someone with a posterior tilt to pelvis but I wouldn't recommend these to my clients so... The above muscle issues can be fixed with yoga, massage, and good mechanics, which includes footwear. This shoe has potential but the shape of the sole needs changed to support structural balance.

I liked these very much but they pinched where the toe piece is attached. Not a lot of give in a rubber flip flop so I returned them. I wanted a red pair too. Maybe I will order to see if that pair fits differently?

I usually wear an 8.5 I ordered a 9 last year they were small this year I ordered a 10 and they fit perfectly!!

The flip flops helped with my need to have an arch in my footwear. I normally wear cheap, flat flip flops, but since my foot began hurting, I was told by a doctor to try arch supports or something with an arch. This sandal doesn’t have a huge arch, but it’s enough that it helped my foot, which helped my entire body. Plus, they are very cute, and can look sophisticated!

I like these, wear well for the price.

I kept these. Great arch support but, A little on the hard side. I hope they soften up as you use them.
