Great for home PT
This product is just like the one at my physical therapist’s office. Slowly since the beginning of the pandemic, my neck muscles have become weaker because I haven’t been able to keep up with my exercises. I have Ehlers Danlos, so when I don’t do specific exercises, my joints sublux. This, along with a new pully-style exercise machine has enabled me to do all the neck exercises that I miss from going to PT. It’s relatively comfortable, the velcro is high quality and the neoprene padding is very adequate. The metal ring seems to be of good quality as well. So far, after using it every other day for a few weeks, I’m very happy with my purchase.

Does the job I needed it to do, which is to build up my neck muscles. It has a metal attachment ring and it can handle a lot of weight.

The head strap doesn't stay in place very well. I've had to be inventive to keep the band from slipping.
