Pay for Play: Alphachat.com, Book 1

WOW…when a book leaves me sweating and shaky and that’s just when I’m at 20% in, well then I just know it’s going to be worth my time to savor. The cover got me excited and then that blurb and finally those sexy as hell Alpha men…whew…this was just one awesome and entertaining fantasy of a romance. Lynx and Rebel were the perfect match both physically as well as mentally as they pushed each other’s buttons working through their relationship together.I have read each of these ladies’ books on their own but put them together and their collaborative efforts were amazing. Steamy sex, emotional drama, hot male action to the max…and I was one happy reader. I am so looking forward to the next book in this series because seriously…all of these Pay for Play men are fun to listen to and watch and I want to see what antics they will come up with going forward.***** 5 ***** “show me what you got baby” stars

Pay for Play by Victoria Ashley & Hillary StormI Give this Book a 3.5-4/5 Star Rating, Listing as 4.Overall: This is a pretty decent read.HEA(?): HEAHeat: 3.5-4-4.5/5The Heat scenes are pretty good, I just think that some oddly get less detailed or feels a tad jumbled, near the ending of the scenes.Now Lynx’s Cam scenes, even though they’re very short, I LOVED the scenes A Lot.Romance: 3-3.5/5Relationship Type: MFDrama: 3-(maybe)3.5/5Suspense: 3-3.5/5Pacing: It is Mid-Fast to I think Fast(?).It is definitely hard to gauge time in this book, I have to admit that is something I did struggle with a bit. (To Me) it affected the believability of their relationship, it seems way too fast, even though it’s not an insta...it feels like one.Dark(?): Absolutely Not 🙂This is a very unique book, It is hard to find Cam/Webcam Reads and in this book Lynx Kade is a Cam Boy.I sincerely hope these types of books get more popular, I’d love to read more of them. I do believe the books were published at the wrong time, this series would be more popular/trendy now ☺️This is a pretty good start to a series,I actually like the uniqueness of it on how through roughly 50-ish% of the book, Lynx still does his profession while working out a relationship with Rebel, but I do wish that he was a bit more committed to his customers as well. I mean it IS his income.*But that is >Just Me< wanting something a little bit out of the norm in a romance read.Lynx does point out how Rebel decisions were giving him whiplash, and I have to say it was giving me -the reader- some whiplash as well.There is something that is a little off in this book, Throughout the book it does have a stop, go, stop, go, stop, go, feel about it, like someone is continuously tapping their breaks.For Both of those, it was hard to keep focus at times and I did have to put the book down here and there, then jump back in. I did also notice some slight inconsistencies, especially with Taylor.Even after reading the Book? I still feel like I still don’t actually know Rebel or Lynx.I couldn’t connect fully to Rebel.I definitely look forward to Blazes Book!I noticed this series was publish a couple years ago, I’m hoping a Book 3 comes out soon.

I received an advance copy of this book in exchange for writing an honest review. The opinions in this review are my own. I love the title of the book Pay for Play, it's so mysterious while also being forth right and blunt. I like the names of the male and female lead characters, Lynx Kade and Rebel. I felt like I could really imagine and visualize so much of what was being described in this story line and the action of the story. The characters and setting description were so rich in my opinion that I felt like I could have been there. I felt like this was a great book to escape in to and to experience another kind of lifestyle. Many of the other characters have very interesting and aptly suited names. I found myself really identifying with the persona of Rebel's character. I think that Victoria Ashley and Hilary Storm are a great writing team and will take the romance genre by storm. Often times while reading I wondered which part or which character each author wrote. I enjoyed the way Rebel and Lynx's relationship slowly developed and was unraveled for the readers. I recommend this book to other readers. I will definitely be looking for my writing by this great pairing of writers.

Yikes!! Hot, Hot, Hot! I absolutely loved this book. What a great collaboration and I can't wait for the next book and I don't care which of the hot men it will be because I know it will be just as smoking hot as the first book. Lynx and Rebel OMG!! Rebel is looking for a job and Lynx has one for her. He's hot as hell and sexy to boot and unbeknownst to her he the star of Alphachat.com. Wow how do you fall for your boss? Oh that's right listen to your room mate as she tells you she created an account for you on this website and go take a look and log into Alphachat.com and to your surprise there he is in all his glory. Thank god he can't see you right? Instead of turning it off when she realizes who it is, Rebel keeps the site open and joins in on a little fun! With all the excitement she accidently spills water on her computer hitting the button that now lets Lynx see her or who he believes is Rebel. Lynx is a one night stand guy, love em and leave em. He can't seem to find the right person or better yet thinks he never will and then there's Rebel. He's teased her, taunted her and now has had her in his bed and he can't get enough of her. Rebel is smart, sexy and knows what she wants, she wants Lynx but doesn't want what comes with him. What's going to keep these two apart? Hot guys all living in one place that show their business for money? Women lining up with appointments to see Lynx? How do you overcome not feeling enough for someone? Well it's easy, when that someone finally figures out that you are more than the job he has. That's when. I can't give too much away you have to read it for yourselves. Loved this book from beginning to end couldn't put it down, but I did have to get some sleep. If you haven't read it yet. on click now and get it. Ugh this book! Victoria Ashley knows how to get you hooked from the very start! And she doesn’t disappoint with this book.You will be addicted from the beginning. It’s a cat and mouse game that ends in an epic love story. I can’t wait to read more about these Alpha guys! Yummy

I really was surprised with this book - over the past couple months I've been somewhat disillusioned with some of the new authors I've read, but this author knocked it out of the park.It drew me in from the word go, always the sign of a cracking book, and I loved the premise of the storyline, the sex and the humour. Some top-notch chemistry rocking between the two male characters, both highly likable, and the author managed to build an amusing yet supportive character cast at the same time.I'm looking forward to the next in the series to see if the author can keep me further entertained!

Wow, these men make me hotter then ever. Love the story between Lynx & Rebel. One of the hottest books I have read in a long time.

Not only are the guys sexy & built with tattoos (just the way I like them) but the authors gave them depth, character & senses of humor. They are also good friends to each other. Luka is definitely the Alpha dog of the group & not just because he's the boss. Rebel was an interesting contrast & I rnjoyed her changing & growing over their relationship.Looking forward to book #2

Wow, so If you know Victoria Ashley's books you will know she always writes hot gorgeous filthy sexy as sin men with a great story behind them and this is no exception, only difference is she has collaborated with Hillary Storm whom I have never read, but these two ladies writing together has worked really well so no complaints from me.Lynx runs and owns Alphachat.com along with all sorts of hot hunky maleness along side of him, he is very successful in what he does because Lynx is hotness itself, with a dirty mouth and a body that screams sin sin sin and will get parts of you tingling where you never thought tingling could exist. The ladies love him and he is the top earner in his own firm with a waiting list to view his attributes, as long as his - er arm (cough cough) He decides to open Club Royal and this is where Rebel comes into it. She works from home as a web designer but needs to earn some extra cash and applies for a job at Club Royal but gets much more than just extra wages and it is not at all what she expects.I loved the characters portrayed, Rebel being a shy sort of nervous girl, and Lynx the typical confident alpha male we all love but surprisingly has his whole life turned up side down by this young lady.This book is seriously steaming hot and erotic but at the same time very tastefully done and that is what I like about Victoria Ashley's books, it is not just about sex and hot men. Feelings and emotions come into this book a lot, and we get invested into the characters personalities, their weaknesses, their strengths and what the future holds.This is only book one and I'm assuming that all the Alphachat.com men will get their own story and I will be reading every one of them. I don't think I have ever read a book that Victoria has written that I haven't liked or loved and although this hasn't been one of my favourite's I really did enjoy and have fun reading it and that's good enough for me !!!!!!
