OMOTON [4 Pack] Screen Protector Compatible with Samsung Galaxy A53 5G - Easy Installation/Bubble Free/Tempered Glass for Galaxy A53/ A52 Series

I seem to alternate between this brand and SuperShieldz. This brand worked well on my previous A50 and came with an alignment frame. Because of this, I bought a set for my new A53 5G and well, I'm not as impressed.First: There is no hole for the camera. This probably isn't such a bad thing, but it seems like an odd thing to omit. Second: Getting one on without bubbles ON A BRAND NEW FRESH OUT OF THE BOX PHONE was basically impossible even with the instructed prep work. Third: Pocket lint. The unholy amount of lint attracting static from this glass... I've never experienced such an insane amount of crud on a phone BRAND NEW.On the other hand, I dropped this new phone on the first day and after bouncing off a corner (mark on the Spigen case) it landed face down and didn't shatter, so a bonus 2 stars for that.

The price was right, and the protector fit my Galaxy A52 (with the glass covering the entire screen); but the installation process had too many steps and the protector still has a few bubbles.

Over all the product goes on like in the video. I'm glad to be able to watch the install. The sticky tabs help with alignment, but I had the tabs attached to phone a bit too far in. You will want most of sticky tab exposed for the screen. So don't adhere but 1/3 or less of tab to the back of the phone. If there was an additional line on the tab where to place on the back of the phone, that could be helpful. Fits my samsung A53 great. Good touch sensory and finger print recognition. I hope it lasts me for a long while before having to replace.

Early impressions of this screen protector are quite good! For starters, I'm so thankful for the 'frame' that comes with the screen protectors. Previous screen protectors I've used on various phones might include little tabs of tape to fasten one side of the unpeeled screen protector to the phone to help line it up, but almost inevitably I'd end up with the screen protector slightly cockeyed. The problem only got worse as phones got longer and narrower. But this new frame? It's awesome. The first screen protector I put on went on nice and straight!I did have a minor issue though. The first protector I put on had a flaw in the manufacturing. There was a 'bubble' under the screen, but it wasn't a traditional bubble from trapped air that you could squeeze out (or at least move around) by applying pressure. This one appeared to be a spot in the protector that was thinner and wouldn't make contact with the screen. But hey, with 4 protectors I was okay having one that didn't work out.I'd read that it's better to set up the thumbprint reader after putting the screen protector on and that's what I did, so I can't compare how the thumbprint reader works with the glass compared to without it, but I find it works well enough. Sometimes it doesn't read on the first or second take, but most of the time it does and for all I know even without the protector the thumbprint reader sometimes might take two or more attempts.Will this make my phone bulletproof? Probably not. I'm not going to take a hammer to the screen to see if it keeps it from breaking. It's not that I don't have confidence in this brand of protector. I wouldn't intentionally take a hammer to my phone even if it had a 3" thick protector on it! But I didn't get the protector to make my phone bulletproof. I just wanted something that was easy to apply, didn't have a halo effect, didn't disrupt the thumbprint reader and kept my screen safe from pocket encounters with car keys, coins, and other objects that might otherwise scratch the surface . This protector ticks all those boxes so far!

This glass cover is easy to put on for this clumsy user. It's a little smaller than the phone, so you shouldn't have to worry about aligning it--EXCEPT that the front camera cutout is so tiny, it's the same size as the camera. If you don't align it EXACTLY, it'll end up covering a tiny part of the camera. It hasn't affected the photos, so I won't bother replacing it for now, but the silver front camera is distracting by itself already.I didn't use the stickers that came with the item; it shouldn't need the frames OMOTON uses for some other phones, but it does, because of the front camera issue. Why not make it a little bigger?The glass is also very slippery at the start, but thankfully that goes away after a while. Never tried the phone naked because reviewers have noted how easy it is to scratch it through normal use, but the glass is very, very slippery and it's either the phone or the protector that makes the phone think I'm lifting my fingers on occasion while swyping. And some touches don't register. Still a great phone.The optical scanner is a little slower than physical readers. It's almost certainly Samsung's fault; they use ultrasonic scanners on the newest flagships. Other touches are perfectly registered and I like the phone as an upgrade from the Moto G6.

Product arrived well packaged and on time. There are four glass screen protectors in the box , so this should last a long time.The screen protector is simplicity itself to fit, thanks to the enclosed fitting frame. There is excellent coverage....right up to all edges. The front facing camera is also covered, but this does not cause any issues. There is a lovely smooth feeling to the screen when fitted and it does not affect the sensitivity of the the phone. The only slight issue I had, was once fitted, my phone did not recognise my fingerprint. However after uninstalling then reinstalling fingerprints through the screen protector it worked fine.Overall excellent screen protectors at a very good price. What's not to like?

Having already tried another brand for another A51 I decided to order these, and I'm glad that I did. The set has four glass screen protectors and I'd anticipated needing some or all of them before I was happy with the fit, but in this case it went right first time. The set comes with everything you need to fit it including cleaning wipes and a guide frame, and was easy to use. I certainly recommend that before fitting it you make sure the space you're working in is clean and dust free, and make sure that your fingers are clean too. Recommended.

Just as Amazon recommended! Very pleased with my purchase for my new phone. I think the best tempered glass screen protector I have purchased over the years of mobile phones I have owned. From the excellent quality, down to the very impressive box that the screen protectors are packaged in, to every piece if equipment needed to apply the screen protector. I applied straight away after purchasing the phone - only removing the phones protective cellophane packaging around it when ready to apply the screen protector, achieving the best results. Clean and dust free! With four included in the box this is excellent value for money but you can also register your purchase for added warranty with an easy to use QR code included in the box. Very impressed and would definately purchase again!

These were good quality but, not being an expert, I found them quite tricky to put on without dust/air bubbles. They came with all the equipment needed in the way of screen cleaners and an easy install tool. Should have been plain sailing. I shall manage until shops re-open and then ask an expert to assist.
