I haven't been taking these long, but I already feel better. I've noticed my skin clearing and my joints don't hurt like they did. They smell a bit "fishy" but it's because it's natural algae. I will definitely keep taking these.

I take it as a supplement; have done for years.This product is reasonably priced, and I would buy it again.Slight fishy taste, and the lid is surprisingly difficult to unscrew - needs a redesign.

I didn’t like that the expiration date was only a year for that many capsules!!! If anyone orders more than one bottle, BEWARE!!! You may not finish it before it expires!!!
