I bought this set of 4 brackets to have 2 of my keyboards on the wall, with no stand. After being a bit creative, they work great. First off, they definitely hold the weight of 2 keyboards. I have them screwed right into the 2 by 4s in the wall. They ONLY hang at a 90 degree, and I wanted them at a 45, so I built two wooden inserts to place inside each bracket and screw secure. 3/4 inch wood is just a bit too thick to slide inside, so i had to file each one down. But once they are inside and secure, you can let them down to that degree. The bottoms of each bracket is SUPER sharp, (thus only 4 stars), not sure why they didn't file them down. I plan to do that later, but wear leather gloves! I also put L bracket on the ends, so the keyboard can't slide off. One bracket would not fold up, so had to bend metal out, to close it, (thus 4 stars). But now, I can angle top keyboard down to play, or lift up out of the way, to play the lower one. Works great in my recording studio.

I bought these because I saw a video of someone installing these as a space saving solution in the garage table for added space when needed. The brackets are easy to install and operate when in use; however, they do not lock at a complete 90 degree angle from the wall. When the shelf is up it is secure but the weight of the shelf drops the angle below the wall side of the bracket that could potentially allow items to fall off. I should add that my shelf is 18 inches which is longer that my 16 inch shelves I purchased. As I store a radio & speakers in my garage on these, I can see possible issues in the future.

This is great product! It is very sturdy, easy to use, but please be careful as the edges on the product itself are not smooth, they are extremely sharp, so use gloves (leather) when you are installing them, then you can buff them down, other than that, great product!

Sturdy brackets that are easy to fold. They don't close parallel to the wall so the table sticks out a bit, but still a good buy

Very sturdy shelve brackets.Make sure you line them up though. Anything misaligned and they will not work.Not really a gripe, but a caution. Secure them correctly.

Holding a small shelf. Finish is very nice. Hinge pins a little loose. Overall great product

Very sturdy. Holds my stand up desk well. I can even lean on it with no issues.
