This is the 2nd one I've bought. The grandchildren love it & they leave the adult remotes alone. Works out great for EVERYONE!!!

My 8 mo old loves grabbing and shoving our tv remotes in her mouth. This is the most realistic toy remote I found and I'm happy to report that she was fooled! Haha I bamboozled the baby. She's as happy to play with this remote as the real thing. You do need a screwdriver to put in batteries (2 AAA), so keep that in mind or you can forgo batteries if you don't want sounds. All of the buttons make a sound and the numbered buttons say their respective number in the language selected. The buttons are quite loud but my baby doesn't seem to mind and gets excited from the cause and effect.

The media could not be loaded.  We bought this for our granddaughter as she kept taking and chewing on our real remotes. This is a cute little toy that seems very sturdy and safe. It plays various tones and also reads the numbers in three different languages. See the video for how it sounds and works. We would recommend this as a cute replacement for the little ones!

My son has a thing for my remote so I got this one for him. Although he has figured out the difference between the two, I still give it 4 stars because he'll play with it if I am pretending to change the channels with it.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this remote control toy because my child kept playing with the regular television remote control. The toy is simple to setup, you just need to remove one screw for the battery compartment and insert 2 AAA batteries. After that, it's ready to go. When the buttons are pressed, a sound is made or a number is announced in one of the three languages that are available on the toy. Also, a small red light at the top of the remote will flash when any button is pressed. The light and sounds keep my child very engaged with the toy.Two minor drawbacks that I would suggest improvements for future models of this toy: 1) as far as I can see, there is only the one, small red light at the top of the remote control that blinks when a button is pressed. It would be nice if some of the actual buttons on the remote lit up (similar to some regular tv remote controls). 2) the languages are controlled by 3 buttons at the bottom of the remote control. So depending on which button your child pressed last, the numbers will be announced in that language. It would be a nice feature if you can set it to one specific language and keep it on that one.

Got it for my 2 yr old grandson for his birthday & he loved it. He laughed at the sounds & carried it around. Love that it looks like a real remote so he plays with it instead of our tv remote. BUT 2 days after he got it the sounds & light stopped working. He still plays with it but not as much since the sounds stopped. Once in awhile they work but sound weird. So no longer his favorite toy. He does put it in his mouth & may have been why it stopped working. BUT it's a toy recommended for 6 months & up so it should be made to take being mouthed & getting slobber on. Love the look & idea but wish it had lasted more than 2 days. Only recommend if you don't care if it doesn't make sounds & blink the red function light. Disappointed.

My daughter loves to play with our TV/SoundBar/XBox/Etc. remotes, so I hopped on the internet and searched for a toy remote that looked real enough and could act as a decoy. This is the perfect balance between toy/decoy remote. It looks enough like a normal remote but plays all sorts of sounds like my daughter finds hilarious.My other remotes say "thank you!"

Great for tricking my 10-month-old!That being said , it is quite loud so I worry when he puts it to his ear it may hurt him .Also The package clearly says not for children under three but then it says for children nine months and up so obviously there’s a lost in translation LOL.
