Strong, ready to use and simple to operate
I love this jack!! It came ready to use and was very easy to figure out. I never used a mechanic's jack before but this was simple. It jacks quickly and easily. I feel very confident in it's sturdiness. It has already served me well on many occasions.

Lift your car easily
I keep it in my trunk. Great for jacking car up. The pivoting handle is great

Cheap quality
After one use the tab on the handle sheared off and the rubber grip on the handle split in half. The jack also doesn't full go down unless i push it down.I do like how the handle rotates 360 degree.

Product had no instructions and was damaged so it doesn't work at all.
I bought this a few months ago and missed my window to return. Finally needed to use it and sadly it's a piece of crap. There was no instruction manual in the package and the jack didn't work at all. It appears that it is damaged so the crank lever doesn't move up and down at all. Do not buy this piece of garbage. Really wish I could return it. Will be buying another jack from elsewhere and probably throwing this in the trash unless somehow they allow me to return it.

2nd hand boxes sold as new
1st one I ordered was obviously returned and was missing a wheel!. Exchanged that one and got a 2nd one that was obviously open box. Handle gets stuck in slot after pumping, but comes out after a bit of rattling. No real damage to jack and it's heavy duty so keeping it. But these are open box returned items that are being sold on amazon as new. Buyer beware.
