Toyota FJ Cruiser OEM Style Black Roof Rack: Fits 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 FJ Cruiser

I ordered a roof rack for my FJ Cruiser. It was sent from Premiere Auto Accessories. When I put it together and tried to install it on the FJ's roof, the back did not align up with the pre-drilled screw holes. When I reached the representative at Premiere, he told me I must have done something wrong and gave me some suggestions, none of which resolved the issue. I sent photos of the device showing the problem which were ignored. Ultimately I took it to a specialist to see if I had done something wrong. After examining the roof rack and measuring the 1" gap, he sent me photos of the measured gap which I sent to Premiere. They still wouldn't acknowledge that this device was defective. I Would never recommend this seller!!!!! They do not stand by their product when it is clearly defective!!!! Amazon representatives did their best to work with this seller, asking them to send a pre-paid return label but they refused.

Very poor directions, fit and finish poor attaches well, cross bar attachments cheap plastic- holds everything very sturdy once on the roof

Copy of OEM rack does not fit right after putting it on and taking it off 2 times lol so g all connections twerking it and marking it taking it back off retighten everything it still don't fit right

Overall the rack seems cheap and light duty. By design the plastic feet did not align well with factory holes in roof. After many attempts one foot would not align properly.Update: May 28, 2016I installed this Roof Rack last August. Today is the first time I was actually going to use it to transport one Kayak. The crossbars are junk, could not hold the weight of the kayak. Very dissapointed!!!

This is an absolute must for anyone with an FJ Cruiser. This company was extremely easy to work with in my obtaining this item. Instructions were such that my husband was able to install it with little problem.
