Great replacement for traditional ceiling lights
Replaced my ceiling globe lights with these recessed light kits. Aside from the difficulty of removing the existing junction box, everything was pretty simple to install. No standard wire nuts to twist; just stick the wires from the romex cable into the plug, close the box, and stow it up in the ceiling. Quick and easy. For some reason I thought the color temp could be adjusted, but that's not available. It only has one color temp of 3000K, which is fine for our color/brightness preference. Hope it lasts as long as it claims (22 years w/ 6 hours of usage!!!).
