This is a wonderful pan for baking pizza and other baked goods.Although it is black steel and can rust if you don't keep it clean and oiled, you won't be disappointed with the results.First to care for the pan, it should be cleaned upon first use. Then oiled before your baked goods are placed and set in the oven for baking.When done with your baking project, if using water make sure to dry well so as to avoid rust.This pan works well for pizza, croissants, baguettes, etc...I also have the rectangular pan which I also use for baking.These are nice sturdy pans and not lightweight junk.Amazon's price is ridiculous. I found my pan for a lot less even with shipping.
