This tool helps with cellulite and I have been using it for a few days, and already see visible changes in my skin. It feels firmer, however you will get bruises if you press hard (but that is normal and totally expected). The massage roller is very sturdy however, the wood is not completely smooth so I have gotten a splinter or two. I had to sand down some parts with a nail file. Other than that, I would highly recommend this product, and it also helps with muscle soreness.

I prefer this to electric pistol massager. This quickly loosens up my IT band, hamstringsand by holding it backwards I massage my lower back ---hip problem area. A must for older cyclists .

I got this to hopefully roll out any imperfections on my legs. I think I used it too rough because I bruised myself. I haven't really kept up on using it but the qualitiy is durable. I guess just don't press down so hard, or maybe my skin is super sensitive. I think if I continued to use it regularly maybe I would see some improvement.

I like the ease of use I like the movement I like the curve and I liked that it stimulates blood flow and make cellulite look less visible
