These capsules are awesome!
I have been taking starflower oil for the past year to help with hormonal changes in my body (I am 46) they have certainly have appeared to of helped ease my symptoms of PMT and I find I am not as short tempered and emotional as I used to be. Could this be in my own head maybe but I certainly don’t intend to stop taking them to find out! These oil filled capsules at 1000mg are slightly on the Large side but easily enough to swallow with a glass of water. They arrived within a couple of days ordering and were very well packaged.

So much cheaper than buying out of Asda
My wife has been buying these out of Asda or Tesco for years. I was pleasantly surprised to find them so cheap online and they are the very same standard.

I find them a bit difficult to swallow because they are quite large, but they are definitely helping with joint pain and menopause symptoms.
