Flora® Women's 50s Vintage Rockabilly Petticoat, 25"/64cm Length Underskirt

The product fits very well and I am overall pleased with it. It doesn't seem to be particularly scratchy/itchy (though this is probably not an issue anyway if you are planning on wearing stockings). However, I do wish it had just a little bit more poof to it, but I may be saying this as a consequence of having just taken it out of the packaging and putting it on under my dress (MUXXN Women's Vintage Retro Capshoulder Swing Party Dress) to see what it would look like. I'm sure it will poof a bit more once it decompresses from being packaged, and even if it does not it provides a very cute amount of poof to the dress. The edging on the skirt is also very well done. It is simply folded over and stitched, but I honestly don't think anything else is really necessary (i.e. silk edging, etc.). The waistband of the skirt seems comfortable enough and does not appear to cause any unflattering lines to appear under the dress (though I am sure this could be fixed with spanx. I also really like how it rustles a little when I walk.The petticoat arrived in a plastic package similar to those in which sheet sets or Halloween costumes are sold, and was very well folded (like one would expect to see if one went to buy something like this is in a store). It was also delivered much more quickly than I expected (the shipping estimate had it arriving sometime into a week/week and a half from the time I ordered it and I received it within a few days after ordering).As for sizing, it seems to run true to size. I have a ~30 inch waist and ~40 inch hips (usually order about a size 12) and ordered a L/XL and it fit just fine.Overall I am pretty pleased with the product and may be ordering petticoats in other colors.

I've never had a petticoat before, so I'm not sure what "normal" is like on this, but following the size recommendations, this thing has no extra room in it and definitely cuts in and creates a significant muffin top if worn anywhere that isn't free of fat (honestly the only way I could wear it without it causing a big bulge between my bra and the petticoat was to put the waist up on the bra band, which was where it was most comfortable, too, but would put poof high enough to make me look bigger around than I already am). Thankfully the dress I bought it to wear with hides that well. I might be able to reduce some of that by wearing shapewear with it, but it feels an awful lot like wearing shapewear as it is. That being said, it does a good job creating fullness, which is why I got it, and it will do what I want it to, but I predict I'll want to take it off as soon as possible. I have a 36 inch waist, for size comparison. I cannot imagine a size 20 wearing this with anything like comfort based on how snug it is on me. I almost wondered if they sent the wrong size, since there was no size label on anything and the packaging was all in Chinese with no discernible sizing labeled anywhere.

I have several other petticoats from Hell Bunny (which run about $60 a piece) and they are a bit to long for my Pin Up Girl and Deadly Dame dresses and this one is perfect as it is 25 inches. It is also lined (which Hell Bunny's is not and it can get hot and itchy). it also has the smooth top that can be folded as well to adjust the length without it bulging - which again I cannot do with the Hell Bunny ones. The price is great as well - the best part of it. However it is not as full as I am accustomed to - it has 2 layers instead of 3. It does add shape and some fullness. However it comes in 2 sizes and it was a bit large, I am a usual small/medium and have a 27" waist and it is a bit baggy - so if you are a small or extra small I couldn't see this fitting you. It also ripped when I washed it but it was along the seam and was an easy fix.

The petticoat looks and fits as advertised. The waist band is stretchy and comfortable, and the petticoat has an amazing level of "buffiness" to it. Perfect!THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE SELLER- My only complaint is that the original expected arrival date was set for May 4-9. I did not receive the product until May 11. Not a significant amount of time later, but I wanted to wear it for an event on May 6. I knew I was taking a gamble, as it could have arrived on the 8-9 and still would have been within the expected delivery time. Just wanted to let others know to add a few days on the expected arrival time. And again, this is not a seller complaint. The seller shipped the product immediately (maybe even on the same day I ordered it), but the product had to travel internationally, so one should expect some delay.But no complaints about the product. Exactly what I wanted, and the price is great too!

when I received this item it was a little snug I am a size 16- 18 5 ft 3 and about 190lbs and purchased the XL it was kind of snug but did fit if I gain any weight no way this will fit thankfully i'm on a diet and it will only get looser fitting, it sits just above my knees over all the quality feels good I squeezed it on and there was no tearing it does have some stretch to it. Its like under the ruffles there is a slip type thing so when you see through the tulle you wont see under wear but the slip instead. The slip is form fitting and like I said it is stretchy I really like this and will probably purchase this in black as well the estimated time to arrive was something like a month but it arrived way early so that's a major bonus.

I got this for a wedding. It was better quality than expected. Great value for price! I would recommend wearing kick pants or a slip under as it can be itchy. I loved it and can't wait for another reason to use it. Open it before you need to wear it. It arrives inside out and compacted. I turned it inside out right away and tried it on with the dress, but it wasn't a poofy as I had hoped. I was surprised with this. When I opened it I thought that's never going to fit..it does..I thought it would be really tight and uncomfortable...it isn't it's really comfy. Perfect length and fulness

Great quality and excellent value for money

It is just what I ordered, thank you. But it took an extra 2 days to come and when it did arrive it was in a clear package. Usually not a problem however this to go with my wedding dress and now my Husband to be has seen in.
