Best Jerk rub ever!
I have used this by itself and in concert with the Grace Jamaican Jerk Seasoning Mild to produce a broad range of jerk rubbed grilled chicken. The first time I used this, without reading the instructions, I used way too much. I mean the prespiration on the back of my neck, upper lip and forehead was profuse. And Yet! You could still taste the chicken amid the fire. Once I did read the instructions and retreated to the two teaspoons per pound, the chicken was outstanding. For my friends who don't like quite so much heat, I began mixing the products in a 50/50 proportion and so far it has been a hit with all but the most heat sensitive diners. I really don't know why I have trouble finding this in the local groceries, but since I have tracked it down on Amizon, I really don't care.

Jerk Sauce review
I use this to make the best jerk chicken and jerk shrimp. I just cube raw chicken breasts or thighs and peel raw jumbo shrimp and put them in zip lock bags and pour in the sauce, roll up the bags to push out the air, squish them to get everything drenched in sauce, and refrigerate for 6-8 hours. Then I skewer the chicken and shrimp and grill the chicken for 12 minutes total, turning half way through, while the shrimp go on for 6 minutes total, flipping once half way through.

5 star if you love salty
too salty. i prefer walkers wood cause it has less salt, therefore, you can use more for flavor without making the dish too salty.
