The Kid's Book of the Elements: An Awesome Introduction to Every Known Atom in the Universe

What a fantastic find for my science loving child!! Such a great way to explain elements at an early age? Love the pictures! And the fact that there are flash cards you can take out too!! Thanks for creating this book!

I ordered this for my grandchildren, ages 10 and 11. It is beautiful, and they like it, but they prefer the adult version. They say the adult version has more information, even though they don’t understand all of it!

The adult version of this book was fascinating for my grandson when he was 9 years old and is still one of his favorites at 16. When compared side by side I think that the adult version is much more interesting and still understandable for many children...the reason: the childs version only gives one picture of an everyday item that is made from the element. The adult book gives two pages of many items...much more interesting to kids...we think. Theodore Gray is a good writer and makes it interesting and understandable for all ages. I actually understand it !!!

My grandson is tickled with this book! He’s 6, and it’s well done pages and colors make it a fun way to learn science

We already had the regular version that our 9 year old loved and we thought this would have more kid related info. It has less info and took out most of the neat things that the the element is used for in the regular version.

This book is an excellent introduction to the elements for kids. As yet, it’s not I’m my classroom, but I anticipate it to be in demand by my 10 year old students.
