use this for heart palpitations due to typical "women in their 40's magnesium decline"--this was recommended by my doctor, who is "alternative-y" to combat a-fib [which in women in their 40's--apparently unbeknownst to mainstream doctors--is typically due to decline in magnesium]. this is an easy fix for the problem & certainly one you should try before going thru a million tests & medication route & being told you have heart issues.

I need higher dose of magnesium. i can get that without the side effect of diarrhea. definitely helps my muscles.

I recently switched from the costly magnesium orotate to this product, as my foot/ankle doctor recommended. So far, it seems to be assisting in healing, and is helping me get to sleep just like the orotate, but at about half the cost. When this runs out, I will be back for more.
