Kiss My Face Moisturizing Hand Soap, Anjou Pear 9 oz ( Pack of 2)

I made the mistake of opening a bottle after my return window had passed, or else I’d be sending this back. DI have multiple chemical sensitivity, and before this order, it was such a pleasure to use a soap with a pleasant scent that wasn’t toxic to me. The soap in this new order is not the same, and the fragrance is making me very ill. There’s some kind of perfume that’s been added to the soap - perhaps it’s the unidentified Natural Fragrance” that appears on the label now, following the list of flower extracts. As further proof that there’s a chemical creating the new smell, I’ve been unable to wash the toxic fragrance off of my hands after repeated attempts, and finally had to resort to soaking my hands in white vinegar. So disappointed in Kiss My Face!

Many years ago, a Dermatologist recommended this product to me for my sensitive skin. I used to buy it all the time and now I can't find it anywhere, but Amazon.

There is a strong perfumey fragrance with this product. I used to love it for its clean fresh smell, but now I won't use it. I bought a coconut hand soap from kiss my face, and it is still a crisp scent. I am so disappointed to lose a favorite!

I love the fragrance of this soap and that it is eco-friendly.

It’s not what the picture showed in the description and it’s not the right scent! It’s awful. The photo I submitted shows the one I wanted and had previously, and that’s the one Amazon showed when I did the order. But the bottle on the right is the one I got- I can see it’s the same brand, says it’s the same scent but either Amazon did something or they changed the scent— it’s NOT anjou pear, that’s for sure. It’s very perfumy and smells cheap. I’m so sad. I’ve been buying this for years and it’s suddenly gone.

I love this soap. It is so gentle to your hands and even though I love all the Kiss My Face scents, this pear one is my favorite....light, fresh, and delightful. I wish they sold it in the refill size so I could use it in all my soap containers.

*Updated Review. Will be returning this. They changed the formula. Totally stinks now! I’m sooo disappointed.-Below is my review based on multiple orders over many years. So sad this isn’t true any longer! :(-This is simply the best hand soap I’ve ever used. I wash my hands many, many times a day. This soap does not dry out my hands. And has a nice sent that does not linger like many other overly sented soaps. Trader Joe’s used to carry it. So did Whole Foods. I really miss being able to buy it from a local store at a lower price.

It’s the most dreadful perfumed soap I’ve ever tried. It used to be terrific, but not it just knocks you out with overwhelming pear perfume. And you can't get the smell off.
