For years, his plan was to conquer the planet and spread it with a special layer of his dirt and grime. "At last, this world will be mine and I will make it dirty!" said Dirty Villain in a harsh voice and foul smelling breath. With his blackened soul, Dirty Villain started his plan of conquering the Green Planet. Dirty Villain began his quest by scouring Green World, looking for the perfect team to take down the pure planet.
