Velfont Mattress Encasement 90x190/200cm Single Size Anti-dust mite Breathable and Waterproof Zipped

Bought this for a 3'6" mattress as have found single ones to be too small. As expected it fitted loosely as it is for a 4' bed (small double). Very pleased with it but as yet can't comment on how waterproof it is as not going to tip water onto it to find out. Nor can I comment on how well it wears, washes etc, but for the moment looks good and lives up to expectations

The material is rather silky and I am glad that I have fitted sheets. The fit was good but unfortunately the first time.e I did up the zip it the fastener came off and is unable to be put back on.I struggled to life the mattress and out the cover on, I needed to get help to do this.

the product came opened....The sealing of the package was already opened...

The item I received was a elasticated mattress protector and not a zipped mattress cover. This is despite the description on both this page and the items outer label stating it was a zipped cover. Spoke with Amazon customer service who said they'd investigate and that I should return and re-order. Did so and the second item was exactly the same so returning for a second time.
