I have been taking this vitamin for many years. They do work. Energy all day . And then some. If you want to start a vitamin regimen I recommend this one . It has all you need. No need for multiple bottles of different vitamins. Of course you need to give them a couple of weeks to feel the results. Good diet exercise and your good to go.
