For me, a dog lover, this book is a dog lover's dream come true. The author's love of dogs, her deep understanding of the unconditional love only dogs can provide, shines through in every page. Although I was unfamiliar with "Doga" before reading this book, I have a keen interest in Eastern meditation techniques and can personally vouch for their effectiveness in connecting with everything in our environment. This book convinced me that the same thing can be accomplished with the most loving creatures on our planet, and I'm eager to try doga with my loved one; and I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to bond more closely with theirs.

Such a dumb book. Most of the poses are just general yoga poses with your dog in your lap. I was looking more for something that would teach me how to stretch myself and my dogs together.

The book shines with love of dogs on every page. As a dog lover myself, and a practitioner of Eastern meditation techniques, I was amazed by the many ways Lisa offers, in clear and loving language, how I can create a deeper bond with my best friend. I have never seen any other books on this subject, so I have no basis for comparison; but I suspect that not many others exist, as I am an avid frequenter of bookstores.

Wonderful book! Great way to include my dogs in my yoga practice. My dogs and I enjoyed practicing together. They especially loved the doggie massage at the end. Great bonding experience.

I have to admit that I'm not really into yoga, but this book makes the experience look like fun. Plus, with the photographs in this book, you don't have to go to a class to do these stretches and postures for you and your dog. An easy, fun way to show your dog how much you love him--after all, he wants to be close to you. A real treat--for humans and their canine pets.
