Kids Approved!
I used this pasta to make chicken Alfredo with spinach and angel hair pasta. The pasta cooked perfectly in exactly 6 mins. I did toss a little avocado oil in the water to make sure the noodles didn’t stick. Quick and very satisfying meal. The kids approved and went for seconds!!!

Bad texture
Very disappointed. The outside of the package says boil for 6 min. After 10 min. it is rock hard. Cooked 15 min and still rock hard. Not al dente. HARD!

Not capellini
This is not capellini. It says "Angel Hair" on the package, not capellini. I got what I ordered, but I've gotten Colavita capellini and it is thinner and cooks faster. Buyer beware.
