Super Premium Dog Biscuits Two Flavor Variety 15Lb

Excellent taste for my dog, who is picky. I first found these at my vet's who displayed them as a complimentary treat. My little dog loved them so much, I've made them a staple for everyday. Even though they are for larger dogs, this little guys loves them.

We've gone through several boxes of these big dog cookies. All 4 of our dogs seem to like them just fine and we give them halved cookies as good morning treats. They're easy to break in half, one full cookie is too much unless you have a BIG dog. They come well packaged but sometimes some of the cookies are broken into smaller pieces, which we actually like so we don't have to break them up. This is a BIG box of cookies and lasts us a long time.

I discovered these at Costco. However, I try to avoid Costco because I lack the control to run in and buy just 1 or 2 items. RIGHT? So I ordered the same item on Amazon because my dogs are addicted to these. I don't know what is in these treats but they are demanded in my home. There would be riots if I ran out.

why couldn’t good enough just be left alone 😟I’ve ordered a box of these every few months for about 6 years. My English mastiff liked the larger size. I liked how they were nicely packed and not busted up.This latest delivery came with a product change I was unaware of. There is “new biscuit size” and they are no longer nicely packed, rather they now ship as a bunch of biscuits dumped in the box… at least 25% were all busted up.If that was the extent of change I’m sure we could live with this, but here is the bigger issue, my dog won’t eat these anymore!!!… and he is not a picky eater. What had been a daily staple is now 100% snubbed. Did they change the formula? They are a bit darker and shinier than they had been.Because the product changed & is now useless, attempted to return the product and learned that this was defined as a product that couldn’t be returned???So this is what product loyalty gets you…. A sub par product, one not even edible and you have to pay ~$45 (I forget the actual cost) for a product you didn’t intent to buy & they won’t let you return it.Are you tired of vendors repackaging & reformulating stuff just to make more $…and then if you have objection driven by their change, they won’t let you return the product, Shame on them!!!
